What He Did Part 2.

Two months. All the layers of heaven lasted two months.
Within that two months, eating didn't keep her alive.
Im not saying she starved, but just the sound of his voice gave her
a million and one reasons to smile, to love, to jump around like a hippie with marijuana.
Everyday after the school bell rang, she was eager to get home.
At home, she turned on the AC and hit the radio up so loud
and did the most 'productive' thing,
WAIT.FOR.HIS.CALL.
She literally lay in bed, totally skipping her lunch, staring blankly at
the dusty bottom of her top bunk.

She waited and waited, spending most of her time
thinking TO study but not STUDYING.
She checks her phone every two minutes and so she decides
to drift off into her dreamland.. tick..tock..tick..tock..
Next thing you know, she's snoozing.
At that moment, her beauty shined, eyes closed, slight breathing.
She was innocent and lovely and she was fragile.

If anyone was ever daring to break her apart, she wouldn't be the same.
I know her too well, she is a strong girl. Sensitive but strong.

* * *

Her dream cloud vanishes to the vibrate of her phone.
It felt like a mini earthquake for a sec.
She was as drowsy as she'd be when downed a spoonful of cough syrup.
All her will power reached the tip of her flexible thumb and pressed
that 'small green answer' button
'Hello...'

The conversation went on for an hour.
As gross as it was to have sweat all smudging on her cheek, it was worth it.
Most of the time, she stood silently on the line, waiting for him to shoot questions.

Here comes his assumptions, 'are you okay?'
Well like duhh, she's head over heels for you..
She either says something foolish or says nothing at all.

The next day and the following, he never failed to call her.
2 minute conversations was the most painful.
She needed more of him, like a lust, a good kinda lust.
She was herself and he was himself. No mask needed.
He'd do the most hilarious things just to make her giggle.

He once, burped the alphabet just to see what she'd say..
She laughed at him because he didn't manage to finish the entire alphabet.
Talk about cocky. That's what she loved about him. His cheekiness.
They were the happiest littlest things anyone could imagine.

He put her picture as his wallpaper on his phone.
'Whenever I miss you, you're there on my phone, smiling at me' he claimed.
She was socially awkward, laughing, thinking that he was trying too hard.

All in all, she heard sincerity in his voice.
They might have revalue the meaning of 'I love you' but she knew there was love.

The first month passed and disaster struck.
That boy, who likes drinking, smoking, weed-ing..
He came to know, he had a hole in his heart.
She sat there, stoning. Like a mother cat who lost her kittens.
Her thoughts were tangled up like how all our earphones end up.

A tear rolled down her cheek, she didn't want to lose him.
She had already lost a mother when she was born due to a brain tumor.
Would she really want to lose a boy she loved due to a heart failure?

what happens to the boy? what does she do?
How would they end up?

Im sorry but.... there's a part 3
